Pros

Good people except upper management and HR.

Cons

Too much sucking up going on in Management and people getting hired on sucking up merits.

Advice to Management

Listen to the workers.

    Pros

Great employee perks and wonderful customer service is a must

    Cons

Corporate made some changes to time off unexpected that was hard for many employees, but overall a very good company. It was a corporate change, so to be expected, but hard for some.

    Advice to Management

They know how to keep it all together quite well I must say. They made it fun and that is not always easy to do with a large company.

    Pros

Good opportunity for one who wants to be in outside sales. Severence package is good if they decide they don't want you anymore.

    Cons

Be weary of any position that they tell you is a "pilot" position. They will not tell you untill after you are hired. A pilot position is a "test" position and if they cancel it, there is no place else in the company that you can go. Say hello to unemployment.

    Advice to Management

Don't bother hiring anyone that didn't start out as a hard working cashier or apron wearing associate because in reality you don't feel that "outsiders" are equal.
