OK pay compared to other retailers
Pretty stress-free type of work, "Do your and job and go home" type of atmosphere

    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revise the "associate review" system in regards to promoting and evaluate current mid-level supervisor and managers. Pay people what they are WORTH!
