    Pros

Benefits, set schedule, team work, success sharing, customer appreciation

    Cons

Associates don't get paid enough. It seems you can never find associates on the floor because of a FAST system which is horrible. Also it seems like all management cares about are their bonuses and looking good. I work my butt off for this company can't even make a living as a supervisor in one of the most expensive cities to live in and very overworked. I see new associates getting better treatment than those who have been with the company for several years.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes stop worrying about the shareholders and start paying your associates what they are worth. Also look into your managers because in my district most of them are for the bonus and good looks vs. managing a box.
