Pros

Awesome co-workers, great management, independent type work, pretty decent benefits -- 401k , profit sharing, health and dental even with part timers

Cons

The hours were pretty terrible that I had to work. My shift was 330am - 8am then it switched to 3am - noon ( 1 hour lunch break at 8am ) the pay was pretty darn low especially considering the hours I had to work. Even though they told me it was a part time deal they had me at full time for almost a year, saying they would hire 2 more people and bump me back down to part time.... I did the work that those 3 people "were supposed to be doing" and eventually I left because they were going to bump my hours down and were unwilling to negotiate a change of departments, a raise, or change of hours. DUE to corporates policies. The managers even called around to beg them to rehire me above $10 an hour but they wouldn't do it.

Advice to Management

Negotiate with good employees to keep them happy and tend to their needs instead of treating everyone as though they are disposable.

    Pros

Two 15 min breaks Hour lunch Works with School Friendly fellow associates

    Cons

Bad Pay Unorganized heads Low staffed Rude customers Inconsiderate scheduling Can't keep employees

    Advice to Management

Make sure your DH and MODs communicate with each other before they tell the associates a thousand different things. It's irritating getting into trouble because one person told you to do one thing and did not inform the others that they told the associates to do this."
