Your fine until you have to take some sick time off because you’ve had surgery.

    Pros

They pay better than average for retail.

    Cons

They dropped me like a hot potato the moment I had to take some time off to have a tumor removed from my body.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to treat people instead of mistreat people and your turnover would be lower especially in the Western Divison

    Pros

1.Pay Check. 2. Get breaks. I can't say anything else that is good.

    Cons

They pay very little. If you go to church, then you might as well stop going because when you work for them you have to work when they want you to work. They also have a bad habit of changing the schedule after it is posted and if you don't check it often then you could get a warning for not showing up. Forget about having a life outside of work unless you can plan two weeks ahead for a day off. They move you around where they need you not where you would be most effective. They also play favorites.

    Advice to Management

Be realistic. Allow people to go to church. Stop changing schedules without notice. Two week notice is not realistic. Things do come up at the last minute. Listen to employees. I was really good in paint. I was put on nights and when I saw that it was not going to work I spoke up. Know one listened until 3 months later. I was put lumber treated like scum by employees and when it was time for my review this was used against me and I did not get a raise. I worked my but off, was on time, I went out of my way for customers. NO thankyou. Instead, I'm told what a poor job I did.
