Cons

Sometimes the hours are not desirable... But you will have that with any job.

    Pros

    Helping customers with their projects. Meeting or exceeding sales plans, as well as game planning to increase sales in struggling skus.

    Cons

    Poor work life relationship.
    Poor Scheduling for example closing shift ends at 11, back at 5am to open the store.
    Dealing with upset customers
    Low pay for the amount of work required

    Be consistent with all employees.

    Pros

    Great technical stack - lots of interesting projects. Would recommend overall - much improved in the last 3 years. The connection of customer across all the retail selling channels provides access to many interesting projects to work on.

    Cons

    Fast moving - not a place to coast and relax
