    Pros

Friendly and helpful staff, people are willing to tell you what their job is and how to do it. however, getting direction on my specific duties has been a mystery.

    Cons

Chaos! I went in for my third day and there was no one there to train me. I spent 8 hours in front of a computer watching training videos. The most I gained was a massive headache
