Pros

The job was easy managing calendars, performing daily Microsoft applications.

Cons

Micro manager! With no communications at all from senior team. Brought in new management and never met him after he was there for 2 months. I even sent him a welcome email and he never attended a staff meeting nor did my manager ever talk about him in the staff meeting.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Visit your employees at least once a month to get their input and value their input instead of locking them out.

    Pros

Thought Home Depot affiliated company would be a good one to get established.

    Cons

    No expense reimbursement
Driving 90+ miles one way to unqualified appointments spread all over the map.
No real training until after 4 weeks of fumbling to figure things out with no straight answers.
Products are outrageously expensive compared to closest competitors so closing rates are very low...less than 20% in most cases.
Exaggerated earning potential and no strucure.
You are lead to believe you are a Home Depot employee...This company is a subsidiary of HD...Home Depot store employees don't even know what HD at Home Services is!
Smoke and mirrors, unorganized, will cost YOU money to work there...very high turn.over rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Restructure! If you believe in your products, why are you offering no reimbursement or base salary to.experienced salespeople? Your closest competitor does. Warranty does NOT justify ridiculous prices. Your closest competitor can beat HD AHS prices every time! How do you expect ethical.salespeople to believe what they are pitching?

    Pros

Easy work. If you can do basic math, and carry on a conversation, you can do your job well.

    Cons

Everything that sucks about big box retail. Crap wages, no benefits, cheap products.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop ruining America.
