Pros

If you like no hours and small paychecks this is the place for you. When you do get hours on the schedule they send you home early. No chance of moving up in the company.

Cons

Low pay, no hours, not a fun place to work. You either go in to find your the only one working three departments or that your hours have been cut.

    Pros

Good work environment. Actually provide benefits (vision and dental) to p/t.

    Cons

The opportunity of advancing within is completely shut down. There's a stupid p/t f/t balancing system, where there have to a certain amount of p/t and f/t. So if a p/t resigns, a current p/t can't be given the opportunity to gain a f/t position. Basically, no matter how many f/t's and p/t's resigns their position, f/t will not be available or p/t promotion. Honestly discouraged my motivation and drive to continue to build a future with this company. Great organization if your looking for nothing big or to excel within a company.
