    Pros

The people are great, they work hard and they mean well. Management offers to train you in various departments and try to find a position that best fits you.

    Cons

Little opportunity to move up the ladder within the company, position or pay without working several years with the company. If you choose to take on a leadership position, be prepared to work hard. Working lots of overtime dedicated to making sales plan, leads, and HD credit cards is a constant stressor pounded onto you.

    Advice to Management

Making reasonable store goals for associates to achieve will encourage the entire store to meet these goals.
