Pros

Fast paced motivating environment. Very competitive and management challenges it's staff. Highly experienced recruiting staff.

Cons

What's in it for me mentality versus what's best for the client. Candidates seem to dictate the market.

Advice to Management

Look at the BIG picture when servicing an account. What do clients truly need from us to be successful.

    Cons

There aren't really any. If you don't work hard, you will stay in your same position.

    Pros

Management is fair, not micromanagers. The Recruiters and Account Managers are very skilled and SR in level which is why the company is pretty successful. The environment is decent. I like that they are very involved in giving back to the community and allow you to take part during company time.

    Cons

Too many processes and people involved in a single transaction. I don't feel there needs to be 5 people involved to get a single thing accomplished. It leaves you feeling chained in the ability to make decisions without your hand being held. Most tenured employees are very resistant to change which is a whole other challenge.
