Understanding of peoples inability to do something.
Safe place to be yourself.
Cons – Don't get paid very much.
Always on the road.
It's demanding on your body.
Don't get to see family very much.
Advice to Senior Management – Dancers need to get paid more, for all the work the put in and how demanding it is on the body.
