I have been working at The Jones Group

    Benefits-time off, insurance is decent
People I work with are wonderful

    Cons

    Retail-outrageous sales goals
Automated scheduling makes home life non-exsistent
    Bonuses impossible

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ask the retail division what is best for their businesses! Honest feedback-not positive feedback so we don't hurt corporates feelings

I was very disappointed with the management.

I worked at The Jones Group

    Pros

Discount on clothes and near home. Also it was nice to see what's new before the general public.

    Cons

Corporate Office does not have good over-sight of the store management team. The store manager showed blatant favoritism and lack of integrity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to have a cohesive and diverse team with various talents and experiences to reach all clientele. A “friendly” group, comprised of referrals by existing team members may signal an underhanded collaboration and financial loss for the company. Beware, when the entire team gangs up to fire one member ---this may very well signal an attempt to eliminate a potential “snitch”.
