I worked at The Jones Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great opportunities for advancement. Good benefit packages. Great people.

    Cons

Salaries and bonuses aren't always comparable to the marketplace. - Expect to work 12 hour days as Market time approaches. Clear communication isn't always expected from Senior Management, be prepared to think on your feet and figure things out on your own.

I have been working at The Jones Group as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

The intern program was extremely in depth and thorough and they provide a mid-term skill building training day to help hone certain skills. The department I worked in really tailored the experience based on what your career aspirations are. It's a great resume builder.

    Cons

The intern program capped your hours at 40 and there wasn't much intern interaction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Organize more intern socials.
