ConsWork/Life Balance for certain types of salaried employees

Advice to Senior ManagementYou were doing a great job when I left, so if it's continued in that direction, I think you're fine. I would suggest doing audits on directors though, to ensure they're pulling their weight in their departments. If managers have to work long hours and come in for problems, directors should be willing to as well at times.
