    Pros

    It's a Big brand to work..where you can rediscover Indians hospitality.

    Huge work pressure...sometimes unnecessary

    I worked at The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    1) As an intern got a chance to understand the details of employee management in Hospitality sector
    2) Good Cafeteria

    Cons

    1) Was under utilized by the Manager
    2) More structured & substantial Internship pattern would be better

    Prior Project Planning especially for Interns & Trainees
