I have been working at The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts full-time for less than a year
Pros – Beautiful Industry to work and make contacts.
Cons – The timing is a bit issue in this industry as your personal gets affected.
Advice to Senior Management – Third generation France educated hotelier, experience and skills honed and refined in some of the world's best hotels and resorts across Europe,Canada and India Multi Lingual, well travelled and culturally savvy executive who believes in People power. Unique ability to walk into any setting and make things or situations better specially in a city like Bangalore.
Armed with experience, young age and tremendous reserves of energy.Clearly a favorite of celebrities and doyens of industry. He had the privilege of hosting CEO's and MD's of prominent organizations.
