I worked at The Little Nell full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Some serious talent in the kitchens.

Room discounts and seasonal ski pass for employees.

I was able to stretch my skills in the kitchen but I had to fight for it.

Cons

Loads of seasonal employees. You will be seen as another seasonal sheep until you don´t go away with the snow.

Was told to work overtime for free. "If you don't, someone else will." This came from the very top because they weren´t making the same numbers as the year before. Instead of the top taking a cut, they raised room rates, froze raises and asked for free overtime.

Politics among mid-level management may cause your job to suffer due to mis-communication.

Anyone seasonal is "gone in a few months anyway." Anyone long-term is out for themselves.
