I have been working at The M Resort

Pros

Its non union. It has the ability to become a very trendy and hip spot. The employees are great to work with and so are most of the managers.

Cons

There is lack of focus from senior management and lack of trust. There doesnt seem to be a clear vision of what they want. There are also far too many senior management with large salaries and yet they cut back on line level employees.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should trust your managers more and listen to their advice as they are running the outlets. Hold to your commitment of integrity.

I worked at The M Resort part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Tokes usually range up to $150 per shift, with up to a few monthly scores in the low-two-hundred dollars range.

    Cons

On-Call and Part-time dealers are required to have full-week availability for a 2-3 shift per week job. Low morale. Floor Supervisors are understaffed, overworked, and sometimes grouchy. Tokes have been on a downward slide since Penn National Gaming bought the casino.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Value your employees.
