Pros – Name recognition of the company and the opportunity to learn new things. The people that you work with are great and it's a fun working environment. I would say my reasons for being not completely satisfied was not the company as a whole but the position I was in.
Cons – There was no room for for growth or advancement.
Advice to Senior Management – Give more feedback and recognition to a job well done. Definitely look into the benefit package that is offered b/c it is not the best and definately not affordable for the average household.
