Pros – Very knowledgeable team of analysts with a knack for using complicated and cutting edge analytical techniques. Ability to learn and gain experience quickly through custom consulting projects with the ability to interface directly with clients. Management genuinely cares about the employees...sometimes a little too much...and there is a professional and fun work environment fostered with a heavily utilized ping-pong table :)

Cons – Sometimes methods are over complicated when a simpler approach with get equal or better results. Company goals and expectations are very optimistic sometimes...there needs to be a better understanding that a talented sales staff actually drive sales and because the company's capabilities are precieved as the best in the industry, it doesn't mean that any sales person can sell it.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep good sales persons around through a more competitive commission structure. Be willing to be upfront about news that may seem unfavorable. Other than these two points...it was overall a great experience working and growing at The Modellers.
