Approves of CEO

I have been working at The Nature Conservancy as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Very friendly environment to work with flexible schedules, smart and motivated people and a focused but enjoyable culture

Cons

The environment at the Worldwide Office is nothing like the field offices - it has a corporate feel and there are many people working there who do not seem to care about the greater environmental purpose of the organization

I have been working at The Nature Conservancy full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Working places that few have the privilege to see. Seeing things on a regular basis that are rare to others.

    Cons

Often a career advancement involves moving to another state or region. Advancement in one location can take a long time. If you need to move to another state or region for personal reasons, it is unlikely to transfer.
