    Pros

Managers and directors that I report to have been more than a pleasure to work for. They praise you and thank you for a job well done. Work load is fair and benefits from the job itself and company are great. The majority of people working here are extremely nice and easy to work with.

    Cons

Low salaries! Not enough to keep talented people...

    Advice to Management

Notice and keep track of what junior level staffers are taking on. Some employees get away with alot more than others would and work loads get completely unbalanced between same level employees!
