peoples are the assets, when they leave it cost the company time and money to replace talent, especially those relocating and applying in the new countries and never have even replies when they apply for vacancies that fit with their skills and experience.

    Pros

    Young coworkers made the environment great.
    Management open to listen and innovate
    great learning experience as a client service trainee
    great experience in dealing with clients, getting to know them and understand their needs

    Cons

    Company is going thru global changes which are not clear bellow high management level. This creates insecurity in other departments and creates conflicts.
    Rotation is high making it hard to keep track of information of keeping clients happy.
