I worked at The North Face part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

They are a laid back sales environment, upselling is not a large priority, encourage healthy workers by reimbursement for outdoor activities, and clothing allowances for uniforms. Managers are friendly and understanding.

Cons

Employees sometimes get too competitive with each other.
