    Pros

Fast paced atmosphere, other employees are knowledgable and fun, excellent product, dedication to sustainability

    Cons

Pay is lower than other high end retailers, no upward mobility for sales associates (career advancement), management is unfriendly and is unresponsive to the needs of unsalaried workers

    Advice to Management

Upper level management should be screened better. There is no system in place to evaluate managers and supervisors.

    Pros

really great discount, benefits are okay and there are other perks like sales club but overall it's not really worth the stress

    Cons

pay is below living wage, some managers are incompetent, sales floor is severely understaffed even during sales and busy parts of the season. Good work is rarely rewarded and raises are a joke (the don't even keep up with inflation).

    Advice to Management

There are smart, talented people working at the sales associate level who have skills that would make the company stronger at the corporate level, but very rarely do they ever receive the opportunity to advance. That should be worked on.
