I have been working at The Ohio State University full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    1. One of the largest universities in US. With lots of facilities, resources, and good people.
    2. School provides free shuttle bus around the campus.
    3. Living expense is not so high in Columbus area

    Cons

    1. Public transportation system in the city is not well constructed; it only has bus running in few routes. For saving your time and being convenient, you would need a personal vehicle to get the place you want (e.g. grocery shopping).
    2. Winter is too cold (snowing) for people who like warm weather more.
