I worked at The Palo Alto Medical Foundation part-time for less than a year
Pros – Good people trying to improve healthcare. MAs are nice, fast, polite and co operative. Time off allowed as my convenience.
Cons – Low pay, confusing structure of all staff. A lot of construction going on around the buildings. To far to ride my bike t work.
Advice to Senior Management – More autonomy.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
