I have been working at The Pantry

    Pros

They pay you minimum compare to the other companies ($8), fast paced environment, other co workers treat you right, longer hours, free drinks.

    Cons

Very stressful ,deals with different kinds of customer that has attitudes. not enough training, no breaks, you have to multi task to have your lunch break and to ring the customer, its so hard to learn because they don't train you well so basically you have to work for 9 years before you will learn everything about your duties.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Even the manager doesn't know what his doing sometimes, take time to train the employee first before letting them work alone so that the customer will not shout at their face when they make mistake!
