Pros

There is always openings in managment (opportunities to grow)
Friendly employees
Fun environment(excluding some parts of managment)
Contemporary, professional photography.

Cons

Manager trys everything not to promote staff.
Always understaffed
Hours are not stable. It is hard to have a life when your days off are different every week and you get called in on your days off because of staffing issues.
Pay is not fair. If an associate is making only .50 less than one of the managers, why would they take on all of the responsibility? Any one in the managment team should start at least $12

Advice to Senior Management

Give reasonable pay to your key associates. Don't try to take advantage of the fact that they don't push for more money. Stay organized, finish tasks on time, and most importantly, over hire because they will all quite without notice.
