Pros – Avarage Pay
Avarage Benefits
Lots of training
Cons – Bad hours (Very little respect for the schdeule as it's posted)
High turnover rate
Incompatent Management (Senior on down)
Poorly set up computer system
General feelings of being untrustworthy
Understaffed Branches
Advice to Senior Management – Get a new computer system, the current system is very unforgiving. A single issue can snowball if left unattended by management. Do away with the "More with Less" mindset. Your branches are painfully understaffed with is leading to low morale.
