Great people, management really cares, and is all about helping out. Very supportive, and provide excellent mentoring and training. Also, very ethical and set a good example.

Cons

Like any real estate sales job, the pay is entirely commission based.

Advice to Senior Management

Recruit more experienced agents. Having too many new agents takes a lot of management time.
