    Pros

    - Large heritage company with long standing brand and UK wide image

    Cons

    - too large a company to encourage an agile way of working; lacking innovation. - old and outdated - from head office to club floor - too focused on providing what appears as 'good' figures to the city whilst having detrimental affect on wider business issues - ignore their loyal customers over new acquisitions in order to hit targets - disjointed culture and business processes - different offices have different working conditions e.g. start and finish time - lack of strategic goals from the top - everyone working to individual KPIs with lack of cohesion (each for their own, lack of team spirit) - Too many long-standing people in managerial positions who have moved with the company over the past 20 years, but have failed to move with the times and accept digital as a core KPI (or new managers who have bull-shitted their way into the job but no clue what they're doing or been over paid to work in Gibraltar) - very top-heavy - ignore or don't listen to lower ranking employees who are probably more in-tune with a digital industry; therefore making out-dated or silly decisions with negative impact - business units work in silo's therefore making it extremely difficult to communicate a solid brand offering and get anything done - constantly making redundancies without addressing the negative impact on working culture

    Advice to Management

Start from the inside out. Ask WHY your customers are your customers and why they come back - don't ignore them! And don't ignore your key assets - ask why your staff are always leaving with negative opinions. Build an omni-channel brand for which everyone has the same goals.
