Pros

Benefits are ok but costly for my whole family. There are a lot of nice people but the good ones don't stay long.

Cons

Policies only apply to certain people. Raises are rare and very small. I wonder how they win all the awards they announce in their newsletter. They don't treat people well. There is work life balance but only for family member not the average worker.

Advice to Management

Remove family from senior management.

    Pros

The company provides assistance in placing unskilled workers in temporary employment positions.

    Cons

Very high internal employee turnover rate. Below average pay and benefits. Unethical management.

    Advice to Management

Reevaluate your management team. Make sure managers have relevent experience for the task they are assigned to do. Do a better job of retaining top talent by being more receptive to constructive criticism by current employees and compensating them fairly. Maintain a consistent commission structure. Avoid scare tactics as a method of motivation. Be ethical at all cost. Prepare to downsize.
