Amazing training experience and good management.

Cons

The downside is the place because the agents are too many for the small place they need to upgrade the site or building.

    Lack of accountability at all levels.

    Talent attraction is only the 1st step in truly building a world class company. Empowerment, arming your employees with tools, resources and decision making power is a good 2nd step.

    I have been working at The Results Companies full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Results has a very lively and cute atmosphere. Being simple it self makes it easier to cope up with.

    Cons

    Lacking computer station , benefits, amenities in Eastwood precisely..... Load of work that is being given plus the compensation lets say that they should rate the salary of the employee based on what account he or she handles an to its complexity

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Before promoting or giving someone responsibility as a mentor TL or what so ever please consider testing or rather gauge if this person would be effective for that position not just because this person is your friend.
