I have been working at The Resumator full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I came onboard with the Resumator because I just had no voice at my previous company. And that was very important to me. I wanted to get out of the company what I put into it, and that is my experience so far here. The people are top notch, the work hard but satisfying, and the culture the best I've experienced.

    Cons

I honestly can't think of any. If you don't want to work hard and perform, this probably isn't the place for you.
