I worked at The SCOOTER Store full-time

    Pros

The company possessed a nice ability to adapt to changes in the industry.

    Cons

New leadership took too long to learn the industry and company's inner-workings.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When considering the next reduction in force, utilize proven track record of success to identify talent that should be retained. Consider reallocating management resources rather than requesting a certain number or percent be eliminated from a given department.

I have been working at The SCOOTER Store full-time

    Pros

Used to have fun, used to be respected, used to have good benefits, used to be a great career in helping others.....now it's just a job that you dread going to every day.

    Cons

Micro managed, no praise for a job well done, double standards, being caught in a situation where you are forced to perform a job against your better judgement and knowing it is not the right thing to do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Read your mission statement and go back a few years to adhere to your core ideologies which have been thrown out the door. You have become a sales organization only......where is the caring for your customers that you used to have? Money, greed, non-compliance........Get rid of the holier than thou VP's who expect you to do as they say, not as they do.

    Disapproves of CEO
