    Pros

Autonomy. Little to no bureacracy. Meritocracy. Guerilla marketing and consulting. Great place to learn and grow quickly as a consultant.

    Cons

They often say that work/life balance is important, but that gets lost when people want you to work on all their projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to communicate with the staff more often and more openly.
