Current Employee – been working at The Star-Ledger

Pros – Since we have to leave the office by 9:45 it allows you time take care of some personal items. You are on the road until 3:00.

Cons – It is frustrating that they do not have a plan of action and instead react to the poor economy and lack of sales by implementing haphazard ideas that need additional time to complete in a positive manner.

Advice to Senior Management – Decide what you want for the month, quarter and year and come up with a plan. Don't think you can throw band-aids on the problem every week.
