I have been working at The University of Kansas

Pros

University housing is incredibly flexible if your an RA, they understand you are a student first and academics are your number 1 priority.

Cons

Training is composed of 10% icebreakers 10% lunch 60% information you probably already knew and only 20% information you need to know.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your RA's like adults.
