Pros

A lot of job security. I have learned a lot and met a lot of great people. You are provided with a lot of training and the chance to attend a lot of industry conferences.

Cons

Very little upward opportunity. Good place if you want a job, not a career. A lot of politics. The pay raises and bonuses are very small. Good work is not appreciated.

Advice to Senior Management

Recognize good people and value them. Pay people for good performance. Value people for their experience. Listen to the crew more. Upper managment is way out of touch with what it's like to work at the lower levels.
