Good experience but disapointed at the end

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat co-workers, when gossip doesn't mess up everything. Lovely residents.

Conslarge residents loads, no increase in pay after evaluations; no possibility of advancament unless you have a strong connexion in the house; does not encourage employees to further their education or give them a position after graduation. Very frustrating to have to work/stick with a company for years when going to school and then hear at the end,''thank you but you have to leave now and comme back when you have at least two years experience under your belt''.

Advice to Senior ManagementPromote a better work environment by allowing employees to grow in the company.

Pros: Excellent earned time off according to years of experience, not just years with the company. Team can be very supportive and fun to work… Cons: Management does not communicate changes that directly effect staff until the very last minute, leaving everyone in the lurch and thrown into emergency mode unnecessarily.… Advice to Senior Management: Focus on supporting your staff, not just the drama that goes on in upper management. Yes, you have a responsibility to make money but… More
