I worked at The Washington Post

Pros

decent benefits, but fewer options reflect economic conditions

Cons

some mid-level managers are not suited to the role

Advice to ManagementAdvice

more concerned with systems of operation than work environment; some means of measuring job performance does not reflect actual functions of the job and negates the standards.
