The Worse Experience Every

ProsThe company is in great position to become the largest dealer of AT&T Wireless. However has no management abilities.

ConsMore then 10 employees have left this company in the Northeastern Pennsylvania because of the micromanaging of the District Manager. The way she talks to employees in front of customers and co workers has cause people to leave the company. This company changes commission metrix to fit itself. They will do what ever they can not to pay you commission and if you preform better then average the DM will make a reason up to fire you. Work somewhere else

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide further training for your district managers and stores managers on how to treat employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
