Pros

The company is in great position to become the largest dealer of AT&T Wireless. However has no management abilities.

Cons

More then 10 employees have left this company in the Northeastern Pennsylvania because of the micromanaging of the District Manager. The way she talks to employees in front of customers and co workers has cause people to leave the company. This company changes commission metrix to fit itself. They will do what ever they can not to pay you commission and if you preform better then average the DM will make a reason up to fire you. Work somewhere else

Advice to Management

Provide further training for your district managers and stores managers on how to treat employees.

    great pay hours laid back wireless community great products and are able to help customers easier

    Pros

    great family operated business. Everyone has a voice. Full health benefits at affordable cost. Small Christmas time bonus for those with children. Good communication between upper management, at least in my area. Good culture, good values. Customer is everything.

    Cons

    Constantly changing commission structure based on what carrier needs a push in for that month. Overwhelming pressure on certain products that are very hard to near impossible to sell. Store managers required to work 45+ hours, but only payed on 40 hour work week.
