ConsDominated by developed countries, and in some times a bureaucratic institution.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to the developing countries members of the Board, and give more rights to the ST consultants.

Pros: smart colleagues, diverse group, professionally challenging, easy access to… Cons: many staff underperform but remain and even advance due to internal politics… Advice to Senior Management: recruit better, train better, assign better, reduce benefits (too much leisure time) and business class… More
