Pros

International flair, interesting people, good pay, good holidays.

Cons

A little too bureacratic. People are so careful with everything they do because they are all so focused on advancement.

    Pros

    The JPA program is great. It is a great learning experience and a good way to build a network. How much you get out of the program is up to you and your manager.

    Cons

    It's a 2 year non-renewable contract
