Pros

good benefits, and multi-cultural environment. Contributing to a good cause. Work is rewarding.

Cons

doesn't promote telework or flex time. not a 9-5 job. No work-life balance.

management needs to be more flexible in their thinking and management styles.

    Pros

    Interesting work, great pay, flexibility of working hours

    Cons

    No benefits as STC, the enormous waste in the institution can be hard to swallow while "fighting world poverty"

    Make contacts all over the world
    Great benefits
    Good-looking employees with sexy accents
    Very gay-friendly
    Diverse culture
    Great job security if you have staff contract

    Cons

    Extremely heirarchical structure
    Difficult to get buy-in on interesting projects.

    Give junior staff more opportunities to prove themselves
