    Life Balance, environment, infrastructures, people

    Cons

    Limited ability to grow and become permanent. Job very specialized that doesnt allow you to move to the private sector

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase the STC days from 150 to 190. ETC should be renewed after 2 years
    Consultants do everything in this bank and should be rewarded
