Pros

Feels like a mini UN. Great opportunities for growth. Everyone is so smart and capable. Amazing cafeteria. Helping the world to be a better place.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy!
Takes a long time to get the job. Interview process is so slow and painful. Took me one year to get the job.
