    Pros

AWESOME people to work with! Fun and challenging work. Great work life balance, benefits, paid time off, etc. I enjoy getting up in the morning and going to work.

    Cons

Management needs to continue to go after new clients (which they are doing)

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow the business with diversified clients. This will offer more opportunities for current, and new employees to work on different business.

Wonderful people, good team environment, stressful process and red-tape client

    Pros

I work with some of my favorite people. We have an awesome team and I'm lucky enough to have an awesome manager. The office environment is REALLY fun and we have great perks/benefits SUMMER FRIDAYS! Overall management is supportive and work/life balance is pretty good.

    Cons

Working on a massive tech client in the B2B space leaves very little room for creativity. For the advertising industry... my work is just not interesting or innovative. Most of this has to do with my client and their red tape, and not Wunderman.

Also, several of my peers have been waiting on promotions for over a year, and though they are very deserving, we can't get anything approved through our parent company. This leads to lower moral. Turnover seems particularly high and the process keeps changing and execution is VERY difficult. Deadlines are frequently missed. By the time we get a project manager trained, they leave.

    Advice to Management

I know you're fighting the good fight, but maybe take more time to listen to the concerns of your employees.
